Adding an SSL certificate to cPanel


You can secure your domains by using an SSL certificate within the cPanel interface. This guide will show you how to generate a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) and install the SSL certificate for a domain.

Step One: 


Log into cPanel, scroll down to the Security section and click the SSL/TLS Manager icon.



Step Two:


Click the link Manage SSL Sites.





Step Three:

Scroll down the page and from the Domain drop-down menu select the domain name that you want to install the SSL certificate on.




Step Four: 

Paste the certificate in the (CRT) Box and Private Key in the (KEY) Box and then press 'Install Certificate' 





A confirmation screen will appear, click the OK button to finish the SSL installation.
